DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, Heeya books by appointment only. Bookings will be opening once every two months. The date her books open may vary, and will be announced on her Instagram profile, @heeyatattoo. Please make sure to check her stories regularly!
HOW DO I BOOK?
Please fill out the appointment form on the website. Booking through the appointment form is the only way Heeya accepts appointments. For touch up appointments, please reply to the original email thread with Heeya that she used to reply to your appointment inquiry. (Event flashes do not include the touch up service.)
DO YOU REQUIRE DEPOSIT?
Yes. Deposits($100-$400) are required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable. So please make sure to put down deposit only when you are comfortable or confident working with Heeya.
Pricing
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Heeya's minimum is $400, and her hourly rate is also $400. Depending on the piece, Heeya may offer a flat price or her hourly rate. Flash designs will be offered at a flat rate, while custom designs will be charged based on her hourly price.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
There are various factors (placement, design, size, color, pain tolerance, condition, etc.) that affect the total hours. Because of these complications, it will be difficult to end up with an accurate hour estimate.
Heeya will be able to provide a rough estimate of hours during the consultation/email based on her experience; however, the hours are not always guaranteed.
Procedure
For a custom design, a consultation is required. Heeya requests that you come into your consultation with a specific idea for the subject you’d like to get tattooed. If you have any questions about the design, you can ask her during the consultation.
CUSTOM DESIGN
DESIGN PREVIEW
Heeya will show you the final design on the day of your appointment. After seeing the design, there will be sufficient time to discuss and make small edits if desired.
However, depending on the design, you might be signed up for a separate design check session to discuss further. As the drawing will be on your body for the rest of your life, she will make sure that you are confident and comfortable with the design before you step in for the actual tattoo appointment.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?
Do not drink alcohol the day before your appointment and do not arrive intoxicated on the day of. For the best tattoo result, exfoliate the area gently once or twice a week and moisturize at least two times a day at least starting two weeks before your appointment.

Restriction
Adhering to New York State law, Heeya does not tattoo minors under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent. At your appointment, you must have a form of government-issued ID with you (driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
AGE REQUIREMENT
GUEST(S)
Every tattoo will be done privately. No guests will be allowed during the session.
HIGH-MOTION AREA TATTOOS
Tattoos in high-motions areas are more prone to fading rapidly, or even entirely in extreme cases. Provided you are aware of this and choose to proceed, Heeya will tattoo high-motion areas except for the lip. She will not tattoo any private areas.
COVER-UP TATTOOS
Heeya performs cover up designs on a case-by-case basis, depending on the original tattoo. Heeya highly recommends that you book an in-person consultation to discuss the feasibility with her. Please book through the online appointment form and in your correspondence with her, please send a current photo of that tattoo you would like covered up and request an in-person consultation.

AFTER CARE

You will be receiving after care package once your tattoo is done. Please make sure to read through the instruction booklet carefully and follow the steps.
TOUCH UP POLICY
Heeya offers one free touchup within a year of the date you receive your tattoo. Afterwards, there will be a fee based on Heeya’s evaluation of the tattoo’s condition.
